The hotel offers incredible value for money, with spacious and clean rooms that provide a fantastic view of the pool and garden. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome, with personalized table service around the quiet pool area. The attention to detail, from the creative towel sculptures by the cleaning staff to the exceptional barista-made coffee in the bar, is truly impressive. Plus, having breakfast included is a great bonus.

very friendly staff, upon c/i and throughout the stay. nice pool, not too busy, space enough for everyone. best part was the mixed public straight, gay, male, female, children, they all very nicely mixed and mingled. as for weekends have only been on a saturday, however festive weekend. not too busy with noisy locals. location is perfect, only 200 m. from YUMBO, so perfect for going out. for the record, i am a single gay traveller.

The location of the hotel is perfect, just a short 5-minute walk to the Yumbo Centre where the nightlife is excellent. it is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy to enjoy some sun and sand during the day.

The breakfast options were limited and not very impressive in terms of variety.

The location is excellent. Close enough to Yumbo centre without the noise and the beach is 20 mins walk. Good accommodation with double glazing, excellent bathroom/shower. Also enough utensils to prepare light snacks etc. Kettle, coffee maker, toaster and microwave in room.

The only criticism is that most of the furniture/ balcony furniture has metal legs and there always appears to some guests who constantly drag the chairs across the floor!

I recently had an excellent stay at this hotel in Playa del Ingles. First of all, the value for money was outstanding. Compared to similar hotels in the area, the prices were very reasonable, especially considering the basic amenities provided. Secondly, the location was ideal, with restaurants having closed down nearby, it was convenient to have breakfast included in the stay. Lastly, the staff were fantastic, always attentive to detail and providing top-notch service. I particularly appreciated their friendliness and the fact that they made an effort to make guests feel welcome. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of affordability, location, and the helpfulness of the staff.

stayed here many times.its like going back home.relaxed and very friendly.different nationalities but all get on together.

the bedlinen feels a bit tired.cleaner sheets and nice new throws .better pillows.think its a bit pricey now.for 1 star apts.

1. The pool location, facing east had no sun after lunch. 2. We were on the road side which had good sunshine in the afternoon. However we were on the first floor and the plam trees on the road side blocked out the sun for almost an hour - consider chopping them down !

One great aspect of this hotel is the value for money. With affordable prices, it offers a lot of amenities and services that are not typically found in similar hotels in the area. From the pool and gym to the barbers and spa area, this hotel really goes above and beyond.

The hotel had a great pool area and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and always smiling which was really nice. The location was also ideal, just a short walk away from all the restaurants and bars. The Christmas decorations were very pretty and it was nice to see the hotel being in the festive spirit.

The food and drinks were a bit overpriced when compared to other places nearby. , the noise from the traffic could sometimes be a bit too much.

No cleaner on 2 of the days so rubbish built up, but otherwise fine

Friendly staff, central location for night life, easy access to shops and supermarkets for self catering, easy access to transport to explore the island, reasonable distance from beaches, use of rooms at any time of day for self catering or siesta rather than being excluded by when the rooms are being serviced, rooms were cleaned daily to a good standard, pool bar and pool terrace excellent. Have stayed before, then tried other similar apartments but chose to return to Liberty as it is much more welcoming and comfortable. Nice to see consistency of ownership and staffing - proves they must be doing something right.

Pool bar pretty much closes at 5pm. Could do with staying open a little longer for light snacks etc as for couples who want to go out on the town the night life doesnt really get going until 10pm.
